Pride and Proud and Out of Context

I seem to utterly confuse myself. I confuse myself in ways that are so unneccessary. Totally and completely unneccessary.

Kinch and I are back together, sortof. I do not really know how to handle the situation since August must mark the end of our "togetherness".

I want it all to be over. Summer, school, and all the messiness that has evolved from both.

I've also come to realize that the noble attempt to be a good friend to everyone never seems to play out in the correct manner. Even if my friends keep relying on me, I feel that I will slowly crumble beneath the pressure of lies that I build in order to save my friendships.

Tomorrow, or today technically, is Pride! Whoop! The festivities that await me tonight are to be so so grand. First, I work....But after I am freed I shall be departing into the inner depths of Houston in quest of meeting up with my lover Ryan at a hotel party of his...then, South Beach! I'm quite excited. I love the gays.

Moreso, I love you.

Liar, Liar Pants on Fire!

How can you tell if someone is lying to you? Or better yet, if you are a victim of deceit?

I believe that I can be easily lied too and not really care. I find myself a very weak individual that puts up with people's shit and can be trampled upon quite easily. Even if I discover that I am being manipulated I usually just shrug it off. What really is misfortunate is that is by close friends nonetheless, this is what makes me sad. Friends should not lie to friends.

I just woke up from a 2 hour nap. And discovered banana bread. I can trust banana bread. It is my friend and it does not lie because it just too too good to me.

"Screw class...we're going to Chilis!" Friday

I am sitting in the Blocker lab. I always find myself sitting here with some form of purpose but I always manage to be doing things that are not-so-important, like facebook.

This weekend is TWLL State Championships for Lacrosse. We play Trinity first and then most likely Texas for the big win. I was excited, but apparently we got snuffed out of going to Nationals so my excitement is not as pulsing as it once was.

Liz and I went to Chilis today for lunch. I forgot my pen to take notes in Pol Sci so we said "Screw Class! We're going to Chilis!" I like this motto.

Lately I have been having very conflicting views on life. I am not crazy, but I do have my moments on the inside. Self-destruction versus having a care-free stance. I choose the former, it seems to make others happy.

Jacki seems to be coming back in my life more and more lately. I do not want to think it's by choice...but sometimes I like to pretend to be "naive" towards all my life choices...she's just another thing I would like to try and ignore.

So it goes.
